Which UK prize draw sites have signed the government’s code?

• The gov.uk update of 19 October 2026 removed 51 operator signatories in one go. An archived copy from 2 September 2026 lists 189 operators; the list now holds 138.
• 8 of the operators removed that day have draws open in our directory right now: Gaming Giveaways, Collectible Competitions, Clover Competitions, Clubhouse Competitions, All Star Prizes, DreamTech Competitions, Cosmetic Competitions Ltd and Star Draws.
• Of the 79 operators with open draws, 33 are listed, 12 were listed and have since been removed, and 34 are not on it. Nor do those 34 appear in any of the removals the gov.uk change history names.
• Signatories run 51% of the open draws we list. Operators that were removed run 13%, and operators not on the list run 36%.
• Across all 122 operators in our directory, including those with nothing open today, 41 are signatories and 16 have been removed at some point since the code launched on 20 November 2025.

Operators with draws open now come first, most draws first. “Listed as” is the name exactly as gov.uk prints it. Search by name or filter by status.

• The list. We read the operator signatories section of the code page on gov.uk as it stood after the 19 October 2026 update. The separate list of “other relevant signatories” (30 suppliers, platforms and compliance firms) is left out, because none of them run draws.
• Matching. gov.uk lists names only, with no web addresses. We matched each operator in our directory by brand name first, then by the registered company name in its terms. Near misses, such as two similar brand names belonging to different businesses, were checked by hand and are noted in the table.
• Removals. Removal dates come from the change history on the gov.uk publication page, which names every operator removed since March 2026. The counts for 2 September 2026 come from an archived copy of the page in the Internet Archive.
• Open draws. A draw counts as open when our directory lists it as active with a closing date still to come, the same test every listing on this site uses. Counts update when the page is rebuilt, at most an hour apart.
• Refreshing. We re-check the list monthly. An operator that joined our directory after 20 October 2026 shows as “not yet checked” until the next check.

The code is voluntary and operators sign themselves up. Appearing on the list means an operator has publicly committed to standards such as a £250 monthly cap on credit-card entries, spend limits that can be set to £0 and a free entry route shown before you pay. The code page describes no check before an operator is listed and sets out no fines: concerns go to the operator first, then to DCMS, which oversees the code. A missing name does not prove a problem either. Signing is voluntary, and the list changes most months. We use signatory status as one signal in how we review operators, alongside company records, each site’s own terms and its review history.
