Why we rate it that way

MPower Competitions does one thing: darts. Behind it is MP Comps Ltd (company 14034786), incorporated in April 2022 with accounts filed to April 2025, and the terms name that company and its Wolverhampton address. Trustpilot shows 4.5 from about 315 reviews (October 2026), 91% of them five stars, and dozens of reviewers say their darts kit arrived within 24 to 72 hours. The warning sits at the claim stage. Reviews posted in July and September this year say a won prize had still not turned up, and the company's answer to both is that the winner never sent a prize preference or variant choice. A March reviewer adds that an instant win came with no claim details and no email reply. None of the reviews PDD read mention a refund or billing problem. Every listing prints its ticket cap, 37 of the 65 live draws are labelled Auto Draw at midday or 9pm and no draw videos were found on the listings, the draw-history page logs more than 2,400 main draws with an audit hash on each, and a GLI certificate (number 640, January 2026) covers the random number generator. Clause 3.11 of the terms sets out free postal entry. What is missing is any player-protection wording: /safeplay returns a 404 and the terms say nothing about deposit limits or self-exclusion. Refunds are refused in any event and there is no complaints route. Reasonable for a darts fan putting a few pounds into short-cap draws, provided you claim promptly and keep the claim email.

About MPower Competitions

MPower Competitions is a darts-only prize site run by MP Comps Ltd of Wolverhampton. On 30 October 2026 it had 65 live listings priced from nothing to £17.99, many of them branded dart sets (Luke Littler and Phil Taylor among the ranges) with caps of 12 to 400 tickets, alongside Omni auto-scoring systems and site-credit instant-win games. Trustpilot gives it 4.5 from about 315 reviews (October 2026), and the recurring praise is a prize at the door within a few days. The main caveat is the claim stage: two 2026 reviewers say a won prize had not arrived, and another says no claim details followed an instant win. Slow email replies and the lack of a public responsible-play page come next.

Is MPower Competitions legit?

The company's replies to the July and September reviews say the winner had not sent a prize preference or variant choice. A GLI certificate (640, January 2026) covers the random number generator, and the draw-history page publishes an audit hash for more than 2,400 main draws. MP Comps Ltd is an active UK company incorporated in April 2022, the terms name it with the same Wolverhampton address, there is no ASA ruling, and Trustpilot stands at 4.5 from about 315 reviews (October 2026). Ticket caps appear on every listing, free postal entry is in clause 3.11, and the home page names recent winners with ticket numbers. Against that, there is no responsible-play page and no refund in any circumstance.

  • −/safeplay returns a 404, and neither the site nor the terms offer a deposit limit, cooling-off option or self-exclusion; the £10 to £50 deposit range sits only in the site's configuration.
  • −Most draws are automated RNG draws rather than filmed, no draw videos were found on any listing, and the prizes are physical darts kit with no cash alternative shown.
  • −Clause 5.5 rules out refunds in any event, clause 7.1 closes off correspondence about results with no complaints route, and two clauses still quote an old email address.

Frequently asked questions

Is MPower Competitions legit?+

Mostly, with one warning about claims. Two winners writing on Trustpilot this summer and autumn were still without their prize, and the company blamed a missing prize preference or variant choice each time; a third, in March, got no claim details after an instant win. The rest of the record is sound. MP Comps Ltd was incorporated in April 2022 and remains active, Trustpilot shows 4.5 from about 315 reviews (October 2026), the random number generator holds a GLI certificate and there is no ASA ruling. Complete the claim step as soon as a win shows and keep the email.

Who runs MPower Competitions?+

MP Comps Ltd, company number 14034786, registered at 69/71 Lichfield Road, Wolverhampton WV11 1TW and trading from Whitchurch in Shropshire. It was incorporated on 8 April 2022 as M J S Apparel Ltd and took its current name in February 2024. The contact address is info@mpowercompetitions.co.uk.

How are MPower Competitions draws run?+

Mostly by automated random draw. Of 65 live listings on 30 October 2026, 37 were marked Auto Draw at midday or 9pm. The draw-history page gives the method as PHP random_int under the GLI-19 standard and logs each draw with a timestamp and audit hash. The terms say the winner is chosen within 7 days of closing under the supervision of an independent person. No draw videos were found on the listings.

Can you enter MPower Competitions for free?+

Post your entry to 69/71 Lichfield Road, Wolverhampton WV11 1TW with the contact details and answer that clause 3.11 of the terms lists. Each free entry needs its own envelope, hand delivery is refused, and an entry that arrives after the ticket cap is reached is not drawn. The terms do not explain how postal entry works for the instant-win games.

What happens after you win on MPower Competitions?+

The terms say winners are contacted as soon as practicable and have 14 days to claim before the prize is forfeited; cash prizes go to the winner's bank account after proof of ownership. Five-star reviewers say darts kit arrived within 24 to 72 hours. The site's minimum withdrawal is £50, and proof of identity may be requested before a prize is released.

Trust Notes

PDD Trust Score 3.4/5 · Trustpilot 4.5. Strengths: MP Comps Ltd (14034786) is an active UK company incorporated in April 2022 with accounts filed to April 2025, and the terms name the same company and Wolverhampton address. Every listing carries a ticket cap, free postal entry is set out in clause 3.11, the random number generator holds a GLI certificate (640, January 2026), the draw-history page logs more than 2,400 main draws with audit hashes, and the home page names the latest 50 winners with ticket numbers. No ASA ruling. What holds the score down: claims. Reviews dated 16 July and 19 September 2026 say a won prize had not arrived, and the replies to both say the winner had not sent a prize preference or variant choice. A 3 March review says an instant win came with no claim details; that reply only promises an answer within 72 hours. Two more reviews (24 February and 5 June 2026) describe slow or ignored email replies. An older one-star complaint (text dated May 2025, shown January 2026) says wins were not sent and falls outside the 12-month window. No page or term offers deposit limits or self-exclusion; the £10 to £50 deposit range exists only in the site's configuration. The terms refuse refunds in any event and give no complaints route, and most draws are automated rather than filmed. Checked 30 October 2026.
