Why we rate it that way

Adventure Competitions does one thing and does it plainly: outdoor kit, cheap tickets, a Sunday night draw on Facebook. The operator is Adventure Competitions Ltd, company 16152109, incorporated on 26 December 2024 at Cheslyn Hay near Walsall, with no overdue filings. Its Trustpilot profile is 96% five-star, and the only one-star review found concerned a payment link failing at checkout rather than a prize. Winners describe a phone call or WhatsApp message soon after a draw and prizes turning up within days. The mechanics hold up to a read of the terms. Each product page shows the total ticket cap and a per-person limit (15,000 entries and 250 per person on the Garmin instant win), and clause 4(b)(ii) sets out a free postal entry route. A public winners page backs that up with first names, ticket numbers and prizes for 62 of its 68 entries (one named winner has no ticket number shown); the six unnamed entries are festival instant wins. Where it falls short: the site offers nothing on responsible play. There is no page on the subject, no deposit or spend cap in the account area and no way to self-exclude, and the /responsible-gambling/ address returns a 404. The terms say nothing about a competition that fails to sell out, although the About page promises guaranteed winners in every prize draw. The winners page carries no draw videos. And the company is young, with a review base that is still small. Worth entering for the outdoor prizes at these prices, but set your own limit because the site will not set one for you.

About Adventure Competitions

Adventure Competitions is a Walsall-based prize-draw site for people who spend their weekends outdoors. The prizes follow that theme: TentBox roof tents, Jackery power stations, Garmin and Apple watches, Jetboil stoves, camping and dog bundles, and a cash alternative on some draws. Tickets ran from 49p to £2.98 across the 16 competitions live at the end of October 2026, and the main draws close on Sundays with a live Facebook draw (9pm on the Garmin competition page). It holds 4.9 on Trustpilot from about 160 reviews (October 2026), and the company behind it was only incorporated in December 2024.

Is Adventure Competitions legit?

Every page of the site traces back to one active UK company: Adventure Competitions Ltd (16152109, incorporated December 2024) has its filings up to date, the terms name it as promoter and the footer carries the same number. None of its roughly 160 Trustpilot reviews reports a prize that never arrived or arrived late, and winners say the phone call, email or WhatsApp message came soon after the draw. Ticket caps are printed on each competition page, the terms include a free postal route, and the winners page is public. The gaps are the absence of any responsible-play tool and a company not yet two years old, so start with a few of the cheapest tickets (from 49p) rather than a bundle.
Pros
  • +A 4.9 Trustpilot score with not one complaint about a missing or delayed prize in the whole review base.
  • +Cheap entry: tickets from 49p to £2.98 across the 16 competitions live at the end of October 2026, with per-person caps such as 250 on a 15,000-ticket draw.
  • +Winners report quick contact by phone, email or WhatsApp, and prizes delivered within days, some by hand.
  • +A free postal entry route is written into the terms (clause 4(b)(ii)), and the public winners page names 62 winners with their ticket numbers.
Cons
  • −Nothing on responsible play: no deposit or spend cap in the account area, no self-exclusion, and the /responsible-gambling/ address returns a 404.
  • −The company was only incorporated in December 2024 and its review base is small at about 160, so the track record is short.
  • −Entry fees cannot be refunded once submitted, and the terms do not say what happens to a draw that fails to sell out.
  • −The winners page shows names and ticket numbers but no draw videos, and the refund policy's contact email is misspelt.

Frequently asked questions

Is Adventure Competitions legit?+

Adventure Competitions Ltd is an active UK company incorporated in December 2024, it is named as promoter in its own terms, and its Trustpilot score of 4.9 comes with no reported missing or late prize. PDD treats it as legitimate. The site has no responsible-play tools and the company is under two years old, so keep your spend small.

How do Adventure Competitions draws work?+

Pick a competition, answer a multiple-choice skill question (one example asks what GPS stands for) and buy tickets. Timed draws close on Sundays and are drawn live on Facebook (the Garmin page gives 9pm) using a random number generator or a digital raffle wheel. Instant-win tickets are checked at checkout and your invoice shows any prize won.

Is there a free way to enter Adventure Competitions?+

Post a card to 218 Streets Lane, Cheslyn Hay, Walsall, WS6 7AW, with the competition name, your account details and your answer to the question; clause 4(b)(ii) of the terms sets out the exact list. First or second class post is accepted, you pay the postage, and hand-delivered entries are refused.

Who can enter Adventure Competitions?+

You must be 18 or over and resident in the UK under clause 3(c) of the terms, and the FAQs add that prizes ship to UK mainland addresses only. The terms allow one account per person.

What happens if you win at Adventure Competitions?+

The team says it will try to reach you within 5 days by email or phone, and you then have 7 business days to confirm a delivery address, after which an alternative winner may be drawn. Reviewers say prizes turned up quickly, some of them delivered by hand.

Trust Notes

PDD Trust Score 4.1/5 · Trustpilot 4.9. Strengths: each competition page prints the total ticket cap and a per-person limit, the terms set out a free postal entry route, a public winners page names 62 winners with ticket numbers across 68 listed prizes, and Trustpilot shows 4.9 from about 160 reviews with no missing or late prize reported. Adventure Competitions Ltd (16152109) is active with filings up to date and is named as promoter in the terms. What holds the score down: the site has no responsible-play provision of any kind (see the cons). The company was incorporated on 26 December 2024, so it has under two years of trading history and a review base of about 160. The terms give no unsold-ticket policy, entry fees cannot be refunded, and the winners page carries no draw videos. Checked 30 October 2026.
