Why we rate it that way

RaffledUp is one of the more established hobby-focused operators: a company trading since 2019 with a named director, accounts filed on time and a long Trustpilot record of 4.8 from around 3,800 reviews. Each competition shows its ticket cap, the number sold, a per-person limit and a cash alternative, and the draw-results page lists winning ticket numbers with a link to a verification page run by its platform provider. Reviews regularly describe prizes arriving quickly and cash wins paid within hours, and we found no pattern of unpaid prizes or ignored postal entries. What holds the score back is player protection: RaffledUp has signed the government's voluntary prize-draw code, yet we could not find a published page setting out spend limits, time-outs or self-exclusion, and its terms still say no correspondence will be entered into about the promoter's decisions. The review stream has also gone quiet, with no new Trustpilot reviews since 1 September. For gaming and collectibles fans it is a reasonable choice, but set your own spending limit before you play.

Is RaffledUp legit?

  • −Clause 7.1 says no correspondence will be entered into on the promoter's decisions, and clause 8.6 turns a physical prize claimed after 90 days into site credit worth 50% of its value.

Frequently asked questions

Is RaffledUp legit?+

Yes. RaffledUp is run by RaffledUp Ltd (Companies House 12066448), incorporated in 2019 with a registered office in Ipswich and a trading base at Redgrave Business Centre in Suffolk. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 Trustpilot score from around 3,800 reviews, publishes ticket caps and sold counts, and offers a free postal entry route. Entry is for UK residents aged 18 or over.

How does RaffledUp pick its winners?+

Main draws take place live on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:30pm, streamed on social media, using Google's random number generator; if an unsold ticket number comes up, a new number is generated. Some competitions use an automated draw run by its platform, Zap. Instant-win prizes are tied to ticket numbers set before the competition opens, and the draw-results page links each result to a verification page.

Can you enter RaffledUp for free?+

Yes. Send a handwritten, unenclosed postcard by first or second class post to RaffledUp Ltd, Unit 6 Redgrave Business Centre, Redgrave, Suffolk, IP22 1RZ, with your name, address, phone number, email and the competition you are entering. You need a RaffledUp account with matching details, the postcard must arrive before the closing date, and each postcard counts as one entry. Entry is for over-18s.

What happens if a RaffledUp competition doesn't sell out?+

It is still drawn. RaffledUp's terms say there is no minimum number of entries and that it will not extend a closing date simply to sell more tickets, and each competition page gives a guaranteed draw date. Fewer tickets sold means better odds for those who entered.

Why is PrizeDrawsDaily's rating different from RaffledUp's Trustpilot score?+

Trustpilot averages customer stars; our Trust Score measures risk to you. RaffledUp's transparency and payout record would earn a higher score on their own, but its terms say no correspondence will be entered into on its decisions, which caps the score at 4.1, and we could not find published spend-limit or self-exclusion tools. A 4.8 star average and a 4.1 risk score can both be accurate.

In their own words

“Suffolk-based prize competition site for gaming PCs, consoles, Pokémon, LEGO and Warhammer, with live draws twice a week and a free postal entry route.”

Trust Notes

PDD Trust Score 4.1/5 · Trustpilot 4.8. We score risk to you, not the star average. What earns the score: RaffledUp has traded since 2019 under a named director with accounts filed on time, and it is open about each competition — ticket cap, sold count, per-person limit, cash alternative and a guaranteed draw date are all on the page. Draw results list winning ticket numbers with a link to its platform's verification page, the free postal address is printed on every competition, and around 3,800 Trustpilot reviews describe prizes arriving quickly. We found no pattern of unpaid prizes. What holds it back: clause 7.1 says no correspondence will be entered into on the promoter's decisions, which caps the score at 4.1. It has signed the government's voluntary prize-draw code, yet we found no published spend-limit, time-out or self-exclusion page and no GamCare or BeGambleAware links. Clause 8.6 turns a physical prize claimed after 90 days into site credit worth half its value, and there have been no new Trustpilot reviews since 1 September. Checked 11 October 2026.
