Most seriously, several describe responsible-gambling failures — a customer registered with GAMSTOP says they were able to keep spending and lost £700 across 24 transactions in a day; another made 23 transactions in five hours and was refused a refund; another reports losing £500 during a vulnerable period. Reviewers also say self-exclusion offers only a six-week timeout with no permanent option, and that critical comments were removed from its social channels.
