Net A Deal Review
Not one of the one- to three-star Trustpilot reviews back to October 2024 says a prize was withheld; they complain about never winning or about website niggles.
Live draws from Net A Deal

Net-A-Deal Competitions Ltd (NI668555) was incorporated in Enniskillen in March 2020 and is still listed as active, and Trustpilot shows 4.8 from about 1,470 reviews (October 2026), 93 per cent of them five stars. PDD found no review in the past year claiming a prize went unpaid or arrived late; a September 2026 reviewer says a £500 instant win reached their account within minutes. Every listing shows tickets sold against a fixed total, the winners page runs to 24 pages of names, towns and ticket numbers, and draws are streamed on Facebook with a Google random number generator whether or not the tickets sell out. One free postcard entry per competition is in the terms. The gaps are on the player-protection side. A player cannot set a spending cap or lock themselves out, and no helpline is signposted, on a site that sells 49p instant wins from a pool of 149,999 tickets and allows up to 1,000 tickets per person on a £20,000 draw. The /contact page returns a 404, leaving an email in the terms and a postal address in Enniskillen as the only routes in, so a dispute starts by email or letter.

About Net A Deal
Is Net A Deal legit?
- +Trustpilot 4.8 with 2026 winners reporting cash in their account within minutes, and no review in the past year saying a prize went missing or arrived late.
- +Net-A-Deal Competitions Ltd has been an active Enniskillen company since March 2020, with accounts filed to July 2025 and a confirmation statement from March 2026.
- +Sold and total tickets are shown on every competition, the winners page lists names, towns and winning ticket numbers across 24 pages, and a draw-results page lists results by day (latest entry 29 October 2026).
- +Draws go ahead regardless of how many tickets sell (clause 11.4), and one free postcard entry per competition is written into clause 3.11 of the terms.
- −Nothing on the site lets a player cap their spending or exclude themselves, and no helpline is linked, despite 49p instant wins and a 1,000-ticket per-person limit on the £20,000 draw.
- −No contact page (the URL returns a 404): the only routes are an email address in the terms and a postal address, and under clause 7.1 the company has the last word on any dispute.
- −Some site copy is stale: the FAQ quotes tickets at £1.99 to £25 while the live listings on 30 October 2026 ran from 49p to £5.
- −A handful of 2024 and 2025 reviews raise entry-confirmation and 'same people win' concerns without specifics, and Trustpilot notes the company has not replied to recent negative reviews.

Frequently asked questions
Is Net A Deal legit?+
Its paperwork lines up: the company number NI668555 in the site footer matches the terms and a Companies House record active since March 2020. Trustpilot shows 4.8 with no complaint of a prize going unpaid, and the ASA has nothing on file. The main weakness is the lack of any spending controls; the missing contact page comes second.
How do Net A Deal draws work?+
You answer a skill question, buy tickets at the listed price, and the winner is picked live on Facebook using a Google random number generator, either when the timer ends or earlier if the competition sells out. The terms require the draw within seven days of closing, and it happens even if tickets remain unsold. Instant-win pools are large, 149,999 tickets on the £30,000 one, and bingo books cost £10 for a single or £18 for a double.
Can you enter Net A Deal for free?+
Post an unenclosed postcard to 10 Castle Coole Manor, Enniskillen BT74 4GW; clause 3.11 of the terms allows one free entry per competition this way. You need a website account first, non-barcoded stamps are rejected, each free entry must be posted separately, and receipt is not confirmed.
How fast does Net A Deal pay out?+
The FAQ promises cash within minutes of the winner making contact, and reviewers back that up: a £500 instant win was paid within minutes in September 2026. Under clause 8.3 winners must prove they own the receiving bank account within 14 days or be disqualified; the terms set no transfer deadline. Physical prizes can take up to 21 days, most arriving in four to five, and some winners collect from the Enniskillen office. Where a cash alternative is offered it is 80 per cent of the prize value, and the Promoter may refuse one.
Is Net A Deal gambling?+
The terms describe every competition as skill-based, with a skill question and the postal route above, but there is no way to cap spending or self-exclude. One 2025 reviewer described it as a habit they were cutting back on, so decide a monthly figure before you buy a ticket.
“UK prize-draw operator — listed via PDD discovery; review pending.”
PDD Trust Score 4.3/5 · Trustpilot 4.8. Strengths: the company has filed accounts to July 2025 and a confirmation statement from March 2026, every listing shows tickets sold against a fixed total with the per-person limit on the page, the winners page gives name, town and winning ticket number across 24 pages and the draw-results page was current to 29 October 2026, draws go ahead regardless of sales under clause 11.4, free postal entry is set out in clause 3.11, and none of the low-star reviews back to October 2024 reports a prize withheld or delayed. What holds the score down: no spending cap, self-exclusion option or helpline link anywhere on the site; per-person limits of up to 1,000 tickets and an instant-win pool of 149,999; no contact page, so the company can only be reached by an email in the terms or by post; the FAQ ticket range (£1.99 to £25) no longer matches the listings (49p to £5); no winner photos or draw videos on the winners page (draws are streamed on Facebook); recent negative Trustpilot reviews unanswered. Checked 30 October 2026.
